The process, which would eventually lead to the partnership of ActionCore, Inc.

   ActionCore began in 1989 as a two employee consulting firm specializing in the design, development, and maintenance of networks for several of the larger automobile firms in the Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Lafayette, Louisiana area(s). From these beginnings founder Floyd Bangs and Max Laing saw additional opportunities in areas, which were not currently being serviced or considered by other firms in the market. While still operating under the name of Omega Technologies, their initial focus was to address these vertical areas of interest with a wide variety of innovative services.

   The first of these services was developed in 1991 when ActionCore developed the diagnostic quality X-ray storage, transmission, and reproduction program for Systems Excellence, a Canadian Corporation. Over the next 7 years, ActionCore built the business into an online computer reseller with local retail stores. ActionCore also became know for its community spirit providing low to no cost computing solutions to the less fortunate and correctional rehabilitation training institutions. In 1998 ActionCore began offering Internet services including hosting programming solutions and websites. ActionCore's over 5,000 current client base covers all 50 states and is rapidly growing in numbers.

   In 2004 Control Research and ActionCore increased their design and programming arsenal when the two companies decided to pursue projects together with Controls Research as the forerunning design authority and ActionCore's expert programming staff contracted under Controls Research. This is proving to be an unbeatable combination of genius design and powerhouse programming and is expected to be a long-term relationship. In the year 2004, client demand for commercial Data Center services had risen to unprecedented levels. In response to this demand, ActionCore, Inc. now resides in the most advanced commercial data center in Louisiana.
